REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

At QuantumForge Arena, we aim to provide an outstanding gaming experience for every customer. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please review our refund policy below: 1. Prepaid Time & Bookings Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the reserved time are eligible for a full refund or credit to your account. No-shows or late cancellations (under 2 hours before start time) are non-refundable, but we may offer credit at our discretion. Partially used session time is non-refundable once started. 2. Memberships & Subscriptions Monthly memberships are non-refundable once activated. In cases of technical issues on our side (e.g., major downtime), we may provide a partial credit or time extension. 3. Events & Tournaments Entry fees for tournaments or special events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by QuantumForge Arena. In the event of a disqualification due to rule violation, no refunds will be issued. 4. Merchandise & Products Unopened merchandise (e.g., peripherals, merch) can be returned within 7 days with a valid receipt for a refund or exchange. Opened items may only be exchanged if defective and returned within 7 days.
